This legal, showcase-unit welcomes you with plush luxury right at the entrance. It is a  one-bedroom, and one bath, beautifully appointed, and fully furnished apartment, situated in a lower level of a Raised Bungalow, in a newly developed part of the beach town of Alcona, Innisfil. Just 15 minutes South of Barrie, with easy access to Hwy 400 and Toronto just 40 min away.

You will enjoy over 1160 sq. ft. of luxurious comfort and a pleasant and relaxing stay is here, as the unit is fully equipped; all that you will need to bring is your suitcase.

The owner thought of many details to make sure, that this feels like you were on the main floor; the basement foundation was excavated lower to allow for 8 feet ceilings throughout; light and airy decor is truly spectacular and welcoming.

For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has been designated as strictly non-smoking and it can not accommodate those traveling with animals.

There is a separate entrance on the side of the house; the doorbell comes with a NEST camera for your convenience and added security. Keyless entry allows for easy and quick access. A vestibule just before the entrance to the apartment allows for storage of 3 recycling bins (as regulated by the city), also allowing additional space for a seating bench, so you can remove wet boots or outdoor shoes, before walking down the plush, carpeted stairs.

The staircase entrance sets the tone for this executive apartment, with its Lucite handrail and staircase lighting.

The flooring has driftwood, a beachy vibe, and features a cork underlay, so it’s comfortable enough to walk on barefoot.

The foyer provides a console with storage, a large circular mirror, coupled with mirrored-double closet doors, and seating.

A beautifully designed bathroom has programmable in-floor heating, so you can be assured to have warm floors when stepping out of the shower. This luxe-feature compliments the high-end design of the bathroom, featuring mildew-resistant, floor-to-ceiling slab shower walls with a built-in non-slip shower bench. The modern shower hardware is by German-brand Grohe and includes a rectangular microphone shower handle…in case you like to sing in the shower.

The vanity offers lots of storage with a “bling” light fixture for added glamour, and a convenient towel cabinet sits in the corner…filled with fresh, white bath towels. The ceiling fan is a Panasonic—which is known for being super quiet.

The bedroom has a double bed with built-in storage drawers (3 drawers on each side and 2 cabinets in the headboard) and includes quality bedding. There is one nightstand with drawers as well as a tall chest and a full wall of closets…so there’s lots of room to store your wardrobe. There’s also a convenient “Stuff” laundry tote tucked in the corner.

The laundry room is situated across the hall from the bedroom. It features a brand new, stacked washer and dryer, extra-large square, stainless steel sink with quartz counters, and lots of cabinets above and below.

The living and dining areas are combined space, that also includes an office nook with a bookshelf niche for additional storage if you need to work from home.

The oval dining table is marble and easily sits 2 or 4, if you have guests. There’s a sideboard to hold dishes (which are included in a white and blue colour palette, along with cutlery and drinking glasses).

The sofa is long enough to stretch out on while you watch your SmartTV which includes Cable + Netflix.

The kitchen features a waterfall island, tons of counter space, and shelving. The oven and fridge are brand new, as are the microwave oven and toaster oven. Note: there is no dishwasher.

This apartment is intended for one person (as there is only room for one car in the driveway), but it can accommodate two people (if they have one car). Note: parking on the street is not possible as the Town will ticket vehicles parked overnight.

This apartment is available for short-term rentals, (minimum 60 to 90 day stays) with the opportunity to renew at 60-to-90-day intervals. Note: If you leave mid-month, the full month rate will still apply (as the apartment will not be able to be rented to anyone else for a period less than 30 days).

This apartment is located in a newly developed part of Alcona, Innisfil. The area is growing quickly and offers an abundance of grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities (including LCBO, Starbucks, and Tim Horton’s).
